Dr. Moosa Kazim

Dr Moosa Kazim is a highly recognised Orthopaedic Surgeon and Founder of Orthosports Medical Center in Dubai. He received his surgical training at the prestigious Schulich School of Medicine, University of Western Ontario in Canada, graduating in 1985. He later completed his specialty training in Orthopaedic Surgery under world-renowned surgeons Dr Peter Fowler, Dr Richard Hawkins and Dr Sigvard Hansen. He also completed further training in diabetic foot care at the University of Miami with specialist Dr John Bowker.

Prior to founding Orthosports Medical Center in 2000, Dr Kazim served as an Assistant Professor in the United States and practiced as a Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in Sports Medicine in Washington DC for a decade. He moved to the UAE in 1996 and founded Orthosports Medical Center 4 years later. He has also held positions at other top hospitals in Dubai, including Saudi German Hospital, American Hospital Dubai and Al Zahra Private Hospital. He has expertise in the following areas:
