Dr Issam earned his primary medical qualification at Alexandria University Egypt, after which he went on to train at various international orthopaedic centres of excellence, in France, Germany and the USA. During his time in Germany, Dr Issam gained specialised knowledge and expertise in spinal surgery for the treatment of scoliosis. He also gained his diploma in arthroscopic shoulder surgery during his time in the USA, from the University of Kentucky and gained experience in pain management and ozone therapy at the University of Ancona, Italy. Dr. Issam also gained experience in hand and upper limb surgery, ortho-trauma and also, sports traumatology. Upon completion of his trainig and fellowships, Dr. Issam was appointed Consultant.
Since his Consultant appointment, Dr Issam has utilised his wide range of international experience to deliver a high standard of care to his patients. He since opened his practice to include minimally invasive surgeries, Occupational disorders, laser therapy, rehabilitation and paediatric orthopaedic anomalies.

First i would like say Thanks so much! when I took my son to him he was suffering from shoulder injury (slap lesion) definitely we didn't know what and why this happens. My son is a swimmer most commonly swimmers get this injury. The way Dr. Explained and made us so comfortable half his confidence came back. He did PRP in orthopro clinic. I heard so many myths about PRP but Dr. Explained so neatly that we didnt have any questions at all. 100%trust on him. After PRP done my son came back to his normal swimming with personal best time and got gold medals in recent cbse nationals competition. Thank you so much Dr. Again. I always recommend Dr.Issam for any kind of shoulder injury. One of the best, handsome, understanding, very knowledgeable (about sports injury) Dr we found in Dubai. THANK YOU DEAR DR.
