Dr. Mubarak was very patient to explain my laparoscopy surgery process and at every visit she was preparing for me printed folder with all the valuable information which I appreciate a lot. Also when it turned out that I have endometriosis, she was very reassuring me of my condition and accordingly to my preferences as well she prescribed me medications in order to help me with endometriosis.

I want to say she is not good with communications or with even to be a gynecologist. I made emergency surgery and she came an yelled to me next day about that she came on Saturday and it was not really endometriosis problem, she put so many diagnoses in my rapport and she put that I still have endometrioses in near colon , and when I ask her she tell me no no it’s for incurance, I made MRI other hospital after that and the doctor saw endometrioses and adenmyosis, so I don’t know if I have the energy for a complain on the hospital because this should be a good hospital but it’s not. A Doctor should listen to his or her patients and she don’t . So I really don’t know what to do now that I may need a new surgery .?who will be responsible Marlin? She gave me injection for endometrioses even I told her first time it’s worse to take injection, since January I did not have my period because of the injection, Marlin told me it can make it unregular. And this give me more pain than having my period. She prescriptnt two injections and I paid for two but only used one . Your pharmacy still have the second one and I could not even get my money back. Marlin said yeah I can get your money back , but your pharmacy said no. So this is my bad story from your hospital. I thought it was the best but it was my worst from Marlin side . U should really give your doctors a cours about how to listen to your patients and how to no yell to patients specially after surgery . We made me feel I was wrong about my pain she wanted decide I don’t need any painkiller after the surgery , no one can know how much pain someone have only the Pershing his own
I am really sorry that you felt like that. I always try my best to look after my patients in very compassionate way and help them to get better physically and emotionally

I would recommend Dr. Marlain to any woman has endometriosis, and she wants to educate herself about her disease and reduce her pain. She has different treatment plans depending on each case. Every endometriosis woman knows that It's a journey and you should start it with the right doctor.

I’ve had endometriosis for over 12 years now and almost 3 operations to try and alleviate the pain that I’ve always experienced. My last doctor put me on bcp even though I was experiencing horrible side effects from the pills. Dr Marlain and I decided that i should come off the bcp as i was at a high risk of getting a blood clot. A month later, I was in the emergency room with severe pain that was debilitating. My initial consultation with Dr Marlain was THOROUGH, and she answered all my questions. She also asked questions that no other doctor even bothered to ask. She immediately requested to have all the necessary tests and it turned out that my endometriosis was growing in areas that was the root of all my pain. Dr Marlain is the specialist I’ve been needing here in the UAE. She really takes the time to get to know her patients and comes up with a plan catering to each individual. I can text her with any question and she Will make sure to respond within 24 hours. If you’ve suffered with this disease, it is a breathe of fresh air to have a doctor that takes the time to listen to you and doesn’t disregard how you feel. I’m hoping to go through with surgery with Dr Marlain and hope that all this pain can finally subside.

I have a good experience with Dr Marlain. She gives time to hear patient and then explain well. Moreover she tries to facilitate her patient wherever she can, like sharing results of tests and scans.

Dr.Marlain is very knowledgeable and caring , she was the only doctor that listened to me carefully and asked me to do the proper test and MRI . I really trust her decisions and treatment. God bless her and I hope if all of your doctors are very experienced and up to date like her.
