She obtained MRCGP Degree from the Royal College of General Practitioners, UK, and has done Post Graduate Diploma in Diabetes from the University of Leicester, UK.

She has undergone training in emergency trauma management conducted by the Committee on Trauma, American College of Surgeons. She has more than 20 years of Clinical experience in General Medicine including 3 years in Ministry of Health Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
