Dr Krishnamurthy Sairam is a Consultant Urologist specialising in Urology and Lithotripsy at Clemenceau Medical Center. He has over 20 years of experience in the field, with a practice in Dubai since 2014. He completed both basic and advanced surgical training in surgery and urology, earning the CCT in urology in the United Kingdom. During his higher surgical training, he gained expertise in laparoscopic and robotic urological surgery and served as a consultant in the UK before relocating to India for a brief period from 2010 to 2014.

From 2012 to 2014, Dr Sairam held the position of Urology Tutor and Course Director of Laparoscopy in Urology at the Ethicon Institute of Surgical Education in India. He also served as faculty in the Board of Education at the Urological Society of India. Since early 2019, he has been an adjunct clinical faculty at the prestigious Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences.

Specialising in various aspects of urology, Dr Sairam's expertise includes urological cancers (prostate, bladder, kidney, testis), benign prostate hyperplasia, erectile dysfunction, laparoscopic/robotic surgery (nephrectomy, cystectomy, pyeloplasty, adrenalectomy, varicocelectomy), ureteroscopy, laser surgery for kidney stones, ESWL (lithotripsy), and TURP, TURBT, Holmium & Greenlight laser prostatectomy.

Dr Sairam is a prolific author, contributing extensively to peer-reviewed articles, abstracts, book chapters, and editorials. Additionally, he has presented his work at numerous regional, national, and international conferences.
