Dr. Jad Chokr

Dr. Jad Chokr is a Consultant Neuroradiologist and the Director of the Diagnostic Radiology Department at Clemenceau Medical Center Dubai. He has advanced expertise in brain, head and neck, and spine imaging, with a special focus on brain tumour and epilepsy imaging. His clinical practice includes advanced techniques such as functional MRI, diffusion tensor imaging and tractography, MR spectroscopy, and MR perfusion. He also performs CT myelography, CT cisternography, fluoroscopy-guided lumbar puncture, intrathecal injections, facet joint injections, and selective nerve root blocks.

He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at the American University of Beirut before pursuing a neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Arizona, USA, an ACGME-accredited Level 1 trauma and stroke centre. In 2017, he became a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists in the United Kingdom.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Chokr is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Lebanese University, Faculty of Medical Sciences. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications, contributed to radiology textbooks, and presented at international conferences. His research has been recognised with awards, including the Summa Cum Laude Award from the American Society of Neuroradiology. He is also a member of several international radiology societies.

He is fluent in Arabic and English.
