Mr Jack Watson

Jack Watson is a dedicated musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a strong academic background, holding an Honors degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Edinburgh Napier University, followed by an Honors degree in Physiotherapy from Bournemouth University. Early in his career, Jack gained valuable experience working in both the UK NHS and private practices before joining one of London’s leading physiotherapy clinics.

Jack is passionate about providing personalised care, and his approach is centred around creating a warm, supportive environment where patients feel empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey. By combining education, ongoing support, and tailored guidance, Jack helps individuals manage their conditions, prevent future injuries, and live active, healthy lives. He specialises in treating a range of lower limb conditions, including hip impingement, patellofemoral pain syndrome, and ankle sprains, using manual therapies, targeted exercise prescription, and other therapeutic modalities.

As a qualified strength and conditioning specialist, Jack goes beyond traditional physiotherapy, integrating exercise medicine into his rehabilitation approach. This allows him to minimise injury recurrence and enhance performance, helping patients achieve their peak physical condition.
