Mr Bashir Al Srouji

Bashir Al Srouji is a Physiotherapist with a special interest in upper limb and knee rehabilitation, chronic pain management and sports rehabilitation. With four years of clinical experience and three years of intensive sports and rehabilitation training, he delivers goal-oriented, data-driven treatment programmes tailored to each patient’s needs.

Bashir specialises in pre- and post-operative rehabilitation for upper limb and knee conditions, chronic pain management using cognitive functional therapy, and sports-specific return-to-play programmes. His approach integrates manual therapy, structured exercise prescription and performance-based rehabilitation to optimise recovery and long-term outcomes.

He has worked across both hospital and elite sports environments. His roles have included Team Physiotherapist for Dubai Irish Football Club, UAE Rugby U18 Boys and Manu Samoa 7s. He has also held full-time positions at Burjeel Hospital for Advanced Surgery and KUUR Rehabilitation. His experience includes pitch-side assessment, post-operative care, chronic pain rehabilitation and return-to-play clearance.

His technical skills include manual therapy, dry needling, therapeutic ultrasound, shockwave therapy, K-taping, electrotherapy and hydrotherapy, enabling comprehensive and individualised care. He also provides tele-rehabilitation and structured online patient support where appropriate.
