Dr. Basel Jallad

Dr. Basel Daham Jallad is a highly skilled OB-GYN and laparoscopic surgeon with extensive experience in advanced minimal surgeries. He is certified in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from the Arab Board and the Syrian Board. He has a Diploma in Advanced Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgery from PIUS Hospital Oldenburg Germany, a Diploma in Advanced Gynaecological Laparoscopic Surgery from Charitee Hospital Berlin, and a Diploma in Robotic Surgery.

Dr. Jallad is also skilled in emergency obstetrics and high-risk pregnancy. He has operated the first case of robotic myomectomy and hysterectomy using the CMR-Versie's robotic system in the Middle East. His areas of expertise include laparoscopic gynaecology procedures such as total and subtotal laparoscopic hysterectomy, laparoscopic myomectomy, laparoscopic management of ovarian masses, laparoscopic management of pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence, laparoscopic cervical cerclage for cervical insufficiency, laparoscopic management of endometriosis disease, laparoscopic tubal ligation and re-anastomosis, and diagnostic and surgical hysteroscopy (myomectomy, polypectomy, uterine malformations).

Dr. Jallad also performs classical obstetrical and gynaecological procedures including normal and operative vaginal delivery, caesarean section, surgical management of postpartum haemorrhage, abdominal and vaginal hysterectomy and myomectomy, vaginal repair of cystocele and rectocele, and plastic and cosmetic gynaecology (surgical vaginal tightening, labia reduction). He also specialises in the diagnosis and management of female subfertility and colposcopy and management of precancerous cervical lesions.
