Dr. Ashraf Hussein Ali

Dr. Ashraf Hussein is an experienced Interventional Cardiologist with expertise in Invasive, Non-Invasive Cardiology, and Internal Medicine. He has a strong focus on providing exceptional patient care, advanced diagnosis, and comprehensive cardiac treatment plans. Dr. Hussein received his medical degree from Saarland University in Germany in 2009, followed by specialized training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology at the Schüchtermann Clinic in Bad Rothenfelde, one of the largest heart centers in Germany.

After completing his training, Dr. Hussein worked in various hospitals in Germany, gaining extensive experience in cardiovascular medicine. He worked as a Consultant in General and Interventional Cardiology for five years, participating in 24/7 cardiac catheter duties, treating acute emergencies such as patients with acute myocardial infarction or cardiac arrhythmias. He was also the head of the non-invasive sector of the cardiovascular department, with a focus on rhythmology, including diagnostics and treatment of abnormal heart rhythms, pacemaker therapy, and prevention of sudden heart death.

Dr. Hussein actively participated in a large study aimed at optimizing the diagnostic and therapeutic chain in patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). He has also given lectures and seminars for patients with heart diseases and the general public, in collaboration with the German Heart Foundation.

Dr. Hussein is certified in Interventional Cardiology by the German Cardiac Society (DGK) and speaks Arabic, German, and English fluently.
