Mr Ashley Wells

Ashley Wells is an internationally certified Sports Chiropractor dedicated to helping patients recover from injury, optimise performance and reach their full potential. His interest in chiropractic care began as a young athlete, where he experienced first-hand how treatment restored his mobility and enhanced his sporting performance.

Ashley graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2006 with a Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) and Doctor of Chiropractic qualification. He is also an Internationally Certified Sports Chiropractor (ICSC).

He practised in Leeds and Harrogate before establishing and successfully running his own clinic in North Yorkshire for 14 years. Throughout his career, he has treated a wide range of patients, from members of the general public to elite athletes competing in rugby, cricket and mixed martial arts. He has supported athletes at world championship level events, providing high-performance musculoskeletal care.

His areas of expertise include spinal and extremity joint manipulation, advanced soft tissue therapies such as instrument-assisted techniques and active release therapy, sports injury rehabilitation and performance optimisation programmes tailored to the individual.

Ashley is a member of the Royal College of Chiropractors (Sports and Exercise Faculty) and the Federation of International Chiropractors and Organizations (FICS). He is committed not only to treating injuries but also to educating and empowering patients, helping them build resilience, prevent future injury and achieve long-term success in sport and everyday life.
