Dr. Abubaker Al-Madani

Dr Abubaker Al-Madani is a Consultant Neurologist with over two decades of experience based in Dubai. He currently sees patients at United Medical Center, Rashid Hospital and Mediclinic City Hospital. He completed his medical degree at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden in 1997. He later moved to Canada and completed a postgraduate fellowship in Neuromuscular Disease and Neurology Residency at the University Toronto. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 2009.

Through his extensive training, Dr Al-Madani adopted an innovative and modern approach to managing and treating neurological disease, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of specialists. Before joining United Medical Center in 2013, Dr Al-Madani practiced as a Consultant Neurologist at Rashid Hospital and Mediclinic City Hospital.

He has expertise in the diagnosis and management of a broad range of neurological disorders, including dementia, migraine, spasticity, visual/auditory conditions and somatosensory conditions. He provides the following services at United Medical Center:
