So far doctor Ellen was superb! her Hospitality was excellence above the star but there were something about the cashier counter especially the medicine (pharmacy)centre guy was so unworldly and unprofessional , i've my insurance and the medicine was under my medicine but still the guy was he gave me excuses for insurance couldn’t cover my medicine though i bought same medicine by my insurance , at the last stage he asking me to wait 1/2hours then uou will get your medicine once they will approve your insurance ! i didn’t get my medicine was written by Doctor. he was asking me you have still more 5days medicine right? so what if i've medicine but the doctor give me more 30days that same medicine so its mean you will not give me the medicine until i finished the previous one? i need to came again once it finished ? is it not a hustle or bustle?

Everyone is friendly and efficient. My overall experience was great, except for my appointment with Dr. Insia Nusreen. I feel she misdiagnosed me. I lost my voice, had wet cough symptoms, blocked nose and fever during the night. She diagnosed me with having a hoarse throat, no fever and no viral infection. She only briefly checked my throat, did not listen to my chest and did no other test. She didn’t take into account what symptoms I said I have been feeling.
