I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have found a therapist who has profoundly impacted my life. Miss Reema’s weekly conversations lifted my spirit up, her methodologies and psychotherapy including using figures and case scenarios helped me deal with cultural challenges and overcoming my own fears, and regrets. Although my circumstances haven’t changes and what i face still exists but how I react, respond and view it changed completely. I am more present in the moment. I am not dependent completely on her conversations as she provides you with techniques that allows you to be independent in solving your daily challenges, yet her conversations always spark joy and happiness in my heart. After I leave her room, I become more composed, more focused, and most importantly relaxed. Without having a tag on my situation or disorders, or labelling things as black or white, I experience life as it comes, enjoying the ups and learning from the downs.
