Paoula is a dedicated therapist whose very insightful, thoughtful, kind, amazing and intelligent. I have been her client since August 31st, 2023, she is very professional with her work, she treats her clients in a very nice, professional and kind way. She listens patiently and non-judgmental. When i started with Paoula I was severely depressed, now after 6 months I am no longer depressed and I feel way better and motivated all thanks to her, she helped me in so many aspects of my life, she taught me how to regulate my emotions, how to have better social skills and how to manage my anger. If I could give Paoula a nickname it would be “Superwoman”, it would also be “the most amazing therapist anyone could ever meet.” I really like her so much and her therapeutic approach and she is a good person inside and out❤️.

Dr Zain is just wonderful! From the moment I met her, I felt so comfortable in her presence and very easy to open up. Dr Zain is an incredible professional who has an amazing way of making you feel safe and relaxed during her sessions.
