Dr. Hiba is great! She uses practical tools and methods to help her patients rather than just passively listening, which I find super helpful

A true definition of a professional with a unique approach in her therapy methods, create a safe and easy environment and asks the right questions at the right time. Was a great help for me to deal with some of my problems we continue to peel more layers of the past traumas.

I am not sure there are enough words in the english dictionary that will properly do justice to Hiba, but Ill will try regardless. I started seeing Hiba back in 2021 when I felt my life was a trainwreck. I had previously seen two other therapists, but was not able to build proper rapport with them. Then comes Hiba. Since our first encounter, I felt I was speaking to a close friend. She listens carefuly, asks the right questions, and teaches some of the best coping mechanisms I have ever seen. I always feel at ease when I leave her office, and she always makes sure to provide me with reading material or exercises to help with whatever I need help with. One thing I particularly appreciate is how no matter the duration between our encounters, she always remembers the previous topics of discussion and asks me about them. You can tell how much she cares about her patients and treats us like her family. When I moved away from Lebanon, she offered to have our sessions online and will start her day earlier to make sure to accomodate for me. I truly cannot say enogh good things about Hiba, and I wish everyone could have her in their lives. I cannot recommend her enough.

Dr. Hiba Salem has helped me tremendously in gaining confidence in myself and in navigating through every day obstacles, among other things. I went to Hiba in the depth of a very dark time in my life, struggling with even the simplest tasks like grocery shopping or cooking for my family or looking after my kids. Hiba helped me recognize how much of my pain was caused by me not accepting where I am and fighting to “deny” my emotions. Through talking things through, putting on a new cleaner filter, I was gradually able to separate myself from my emotions and find my way back to my more regulated balanced self. Hiba is so easy to talk to, highly empathetic and nonjudgmental. I always left our sessions feeling better than when I came in. I highly recommend Hiba as a therapist.

Dr hiba, is a psychologist who helps her patients deal with their problems without being invasive. She knows how to make her patients feel comfortable in sharing their personal life. I personally feel as if I am talking with a friend or family member, someone who truly cares about me without being judgemental. I have made a very big progress since starting seing her. She is by far the best psychologist I have seen.
