Dr John earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology with Counselling, Masters in Clinical Psychology from the University of London and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with specialisation in Child Psychology from California Southern University. Furthering her passion for psychology, Dr John undertook further postgraduate training in cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness therapy, social skills training for ADHD and attachment-focused therapy. She then gained experience working with young patients during her time with the National Health Service, in addition to working in various settings including schools, rehabilitation centres and community centres.
Since qualifying, Dr John has centred her practice around helping her patients uncover their hidden strengths to help them find different perspectives on life, and become their best selves.
