Experience at the facility itself was great. WhatsApp communication is poor with around 5 hours of wait time for responses, that’s if I get a response at all. Many cases where my messages would just be read and ignored.

concerning my experience with Prime Hospital, it was very good. But i couldn't understand the delay of some approvals from the insurance company. instead of making all my blood tests a once, i had to wait for the approval to visit the hospital more than one time. Thank you.

Effecient and helpful staff

The trash bin was overloaded to a level that it cannot close and some cottons with blood was on the floor Kindly take care of the cleanliness as this can impose risk of infection Otherwise everything was great Thank you

Never got service on time. Always keep waiting for not less than 20-30 minutes, even though appointments prearranged. And no one will come to update you. You just keep waiting.
