Overall fantastic experience. I would suggest 2 things that are minor but should make the experience extra special: 1- during the scan, dr should not rest their arm on the patient legs, i recommend dr brings the bed down to have more control and allow his arm to come from above patient to avoid any contact 2- after finishing the scan, dr should leave immediately and avoid any conversation with patient and let patient cover and then have any talk at the desk

Dr. Shalini has always been extremely patient and always available when required even at late nights. Very sweet to talk and took good time in explaining things. Delivery experience was also nice as she was available through out and was very supportive. One brownie point for me was that waiting time for her appointment was very less
