I have been coming to Nicolaas Botha for different injuries induced by sport over the past few years. Simply put he has fixed everything from with an easy to understand/follow set of instructions and recovery exercises. Once fixed the injury has not returned, indeed I have never felt more confident in returning to the sports and gym being as strong if not stronger and more flexible than before the injury.
