Very clean and staff are very polite

One of the best in Dubai. It is very clean, no wait time, staff is exceptional. Could not recommend enough.

Good staffs

I have never had any complaints in regards to the centre in general. Reception is always there to answer my questions or book/amend appointments. If I have a special request it is never overlooked.

Lousy, amateurish and unprofessional! Except maybe for the MRI technician and the MRI procedure itself! I had sent all needed documentation by email; I get to the center the file wasn’t prepared! I had to re-send everything by WhatsApp and handed over the CD of my previous CT scan done at HealthBay (Feb.15). Upon check-out, they returned the old CD to me and handed over the CD of the new MRI. A few minutes ago, someone calls saying “the Dr. is asking if you had an old CT or MRI to compare it with the new one!” And the whole point was initially to do just that!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE and WORRYING. I hope I won’t get the MRI medical report of another patient on Monday!!!

Recent renovation is quite nice. Hopefully the same can be extended to other areas within the clinic. The reception area renovation has definitely helped in waiting times.
