These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Counselling and Coaching to help with a range of conditions including anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, depression, childhood issues and relationship issues. We will tailor our service to your needs.

I have never had any complaints in regards to the centre in general. Reception is always there to answer my questions or book/amend appointments. If I have a special request it is never overlooked.
