concerning my experience with Prime Hospital, it was very good. But i couldn't understand the delay of some approvals from the insurance company. instead of making all my blood tests a once, i had to wait for the approval to visit the hospital more than one time. Thank you.

Experience at the facility itself was great. WhatsApp communication is poor with around 5 hours of wait time for responses, that’s if I get a response at all. Many cases where my messages would just be read and ignored.

Never got service on time. Always keep waiting for not less than 20-30 minutes, even though appointments prearranged. And no one will come to update you. You just keep waiting.

Very Professional. Prompt in setting up appointments and coordinating doctor visits. Nursing staff was particularly sensitive and thoughtful.
