concerning my experience with Prime Hospital, it was very good. But i couldn't understand the delay of some approvals from the insurance company. instead of making all my blood tests a once, i had to wait for the approval to visit the hospital more than one time. Thank you.

Experience at the facility itself was great. WhatsApp communication is poor with around 5 hours of wait time for responses, that’s if I get a response at all. Many cases where my messages would just be read and ignored.

Easy to book appointments and follow up on my requests

Everyone was very nice, caring, and accommodating. The hospital was also a state of the art same as the service - from nurses, physio, to the cleaners. Thank you all for putting up to all of my requests!
