I have never had any complaints in regards to the centre in general. Reception is always there to answer my questions or book/amend appointments. If I have a special request it is never overlooked.

We had an excellent experience at Prime Hospital Garhoud. The doctors and nursing staff very caring and helpful. They supported me throughout the process. Food quality is also good and healthy. Overall staff is good.

While your physiotherapists are brilliant, the staff at receptions are super inefficient. I’ve had to call at least 5 times and still havent received a confirmation if my appointment is booked or not.
