Dr Stefan not only provides a treatment which has an impact immediately he checks in and has a great after care, providing you with exercises to continue your recovery.

I had a sprained ankle, and after 4 sessions with Conall Hoey, I became fully recovered. The sessions were fun with easy and very well explained effective exercises which were doable at home and at the gym.

Great guy; Did notice what I needed and gave the right therapy and exercises to have my back issues addressed. Looking forward to find a way to have those back issues not re-appear in the future.
