Elena has been my instructor for over 10 years. She understands my body and my personality and adapts the program to my needs and whatever i am going through. She has diligently guided me through injury (from other athletic pursuits) while still evolving my practice in pilates so I don't feel stuck or demotivated. She posesses the wonderful ability to turn conceptual understanding of the movement into something concrete. I have benefited from her ongoing self development and continued mastery of Pilates practice and I trust her instruction.
