Dr Yun Teoh

Dr Yun Teoh is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. He is highly regarded for his attentive, encouraging, and reassuring approach, ensuring that patients feel supported throughout their healthcare journey. Dr Teoh enjoys all aspects of General Practice, with a particular focus on guiding patients through complex healthcare decisions, such as coordinating specialist care and determining the most appropriate diagnostic investigations.

Dr Teoh completed his medical education at the University of Sydney, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 1995. Committed to postgraduate excellence, he obtained his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1999. To further expand his clinical expertise, he also completed a Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Wales, equipping him with advanced skills in managing a wide range of skin conditions.

Early in his career, Dr Teoh gained valuable clinical experience working across several major metropolitan and regional hospitals in New South Wales. During his General Practice training, he also spent six months working in a rural setting under the mentorship of experienced rural General Practitioners. After gaining diverse experience across various Sydney clinics, he settled into a dedicated practice in the lower north shore area, where he has long dedicated his time to serving the local community. His clinical interests include dermatology, men's health, and aged care, and he remains committed to providing continuity of care through home visits and nursing home consultations.
