Dr Yogendra Agrawal

Dr Yogendra Agrawal is a highly dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist who provides comprehensive mental health care to patients in Victoria, Australia. With extensive experience in general adult psychiatry, he is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based treatment in both public and private healthcare settings. Dr Agrawal is passionate about supporting individuals through their mental health journeys, working collaboratively with patients and their families to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.

Throughout his career, Dr Agrawal has developed a diverse range of clinical interests, with a particular focus on early intervention in late adolescent populations and the management of borderline personality disorder. He is highly skilled in treating high-prevalence psychiatric conditions, including mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, and trauma. Additionally, his expertise extends to perinatal mental health, older adult mental health, pain management, and organic and functional psychotic disorders. Dr Agrawal obtained his primary medical degree, a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Demonstrating a strong commitment to medical leadership and administration, he also became an Associate Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (AFRACMA).
