The reception staff are approachable (I’ve only dealt with them by phone) and always helpful, making things easy and answering questions clearly. My psychologist is highly knowledgeable about the challenges carers face, including time pressures and sudden changes. They’re flexible when sessions need to shift and tailor their support to my situation rather than using a generic approach. They’re easy to talk to and create a space where I feel safe and heard. They also take the time to research relevant issues so their support is genuinely personalised.

I came to Clarity Health Care feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start. I was struggling with anxiety and sleep issues, and things were starting to affect my work and relationships. Through the Carer Gateway, I was connected with both a psychologist and a psychiatrist at Clarity, and the care I received honestly changed everything. The psychologist helped me unpack some long-standing patterns and gave me tools that I still use every day. The psychiatrist was warm, thorough, and took the time to really understand what I was going through before starting any medication. It wasn’t just about ticking boxes — they actually worked as a team to support me, and I always felt like they had my back. For the first time in a long time, I feel like myself again.
