Dr Yi-Lee Phang

Dr Yi-Lee Phang is a highly dedicated General Practitioner and Occupational Physician who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. He values the extensive breadth and continuity of General Practice, believing that building long-term relationships with patients is fundamental to achieving optimal health outcomes. With a diverse clinical background, Dr Phang supports individuals and families through all stages of life, offering a reassuring and professional approach to healthcare.

In addition to delivering essential family medicine, Dr Phang has a strong clinical interest in occupational health, medical acupuncture, and minor surgical procedures. His practice encompasses a wide range of services, including preventative medicine, chronic disease management, mental health support, and geriatric care. He is also actively involved in medical education, dedicating his time to supervising and mentoring General Practice Registrars and Medical Students, which ensures the next generation of healthcare professionals is equipped with high standards of clinical excellence.

Dr Phang completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Monash University, qualifying in 2004. Committed to continuous learning, he has obtained several postgraduate qualifications, including a Master of Occupational and Environmental Health, a Graduate Certificate in Medical Acupuncture, and a Bachelor of Laws. He holds fellowships with both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Australasian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. Alongside his clinical work, Dr Phang is an active member of the Australian Defence Force, further demonstrating his commitment to service and professional leadership.
