Dr Yan Wu

Dr Yan Wu is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care to the Frankston community. She strongly believes in a holistic approach to healthcare, taking the time to listen to her patients' concerns with empathy and understanding. By exploring the physical, psychological, and social aspects of health, Dr Wu ensures that each patient receives personalised and well-rounded medical advice. Dr Wu obtained her Doctorate in Clinical Medicine (Honours) from Tsinghua University and Peking Union Medical College, qualifying in 2013. After relocating to Australia, she gained extensive clinical experience working across various major hospitals in Melbourne, Launceston, and Adelaide before dedicating her career to general practice. She completed her specialist General Practice training in Melbourne and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Committed to continuous professional development, she has also completed a Diploma in Children's Health through the Sydney Children's Hospital Network and is qualified to deliver focused psychological strategies.

With a broad range of expertise, Dr Wu enjoys caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds.
