Dr Timothy Uyeda

Dr Timothy Uyeda is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. He is committed to delivering patient-centred care, believing that patients deserve to be carefully listened to and thoroughly assessed. With a strong focus on preventative medicine, Dr Uyeda enjoys spending time teaching his patients about their health to help them prevent disease and illness.

Dr Uyeda completed his medical education at the University of Queensland. Following his graduation, he undertook further training and completed his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in rural Victoria. Originally from Canada, he brings a diverse perspective to his practice and holds professional membership with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Throughout his career, Dr Uyeda has developed a wide range of clinical interests. He has a particular passion for paediatrics and family medicine, drawing from his own experience as a parent to provide empathetic care to young children and their families. His clinical expertise also extends to mental health, where he has extensive experience supporting patients with various mental health challenges, including adult ADHD assessment and management. Additionally, he is skilled in performing minor surgical procedures, such as ingrown toenail treatments, and managing skin diseases and skin cancer.
