Dr Tim Mitchell

Dr Tim Mitchell is a Specialist Physiotherapist with a clinical focus on the management of complex and chronic injuries and pain disorders. Dr Mitchell has broad experience working with patients across consultant spinal surgery and chronic pain clinics, orthopaedic clinics, acquired brain injury, and rheumatology. Dr Mitchell also has experience working with elite and recreational athletes. Dr Mitchell is involved in the ongoing care of patients as well as providing second opinions on more complicated cases. Dr Mitchell also holds a senior teaching appointment at a university. Dr Mitchell has completed a PhD in the area of low back pain and has a special interest in the translation of logical reasoning into clinical practice. Dr Mitchell is the lead author on an internationally recognised eBook on musculoskeletal pain management and provides education on musculoskeletal pain nationally and internationally.
