Dr Summera Sehgol

Dr Summera Sehgol is a dedicated and highly experienced General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a compassionate approach to healthcare, she is committed to understanding the diverse cultural and medical needs of her patients. Dr Sehgol focuses on building respectful, long-term relationships as a Doctor, ensuring that every individual receives personalised and thorough medical attention.

Dr Sehgol obtained her Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Punjab and subsequently earned her certification from the Australian Medical Council. She completed a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2000. In 2001, she achieved her fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Demonstrating her commitment to the future of medicine, she has also served as a Supervisor with the college, mentoring and training the next generation of General Practitioners.

Throughout her career, Dr Sehgol has developed a broad range of clinical interests. She specialises in General Medicine, Women's Health, Children's Health, and Preventative Medicine. Her extensive training in obstetrics and gynaecology allows her to offer specialised support in women's health journeys. Additionally, her multilingual capabilities enable her to communicate effectively and deliver inclusive care to a diverse patient community.
