Dr Stuart Roger Anderson is a highly dedicated General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. Throughout his career, Dr Anderson has developed a significant sub-speciality interest in skin cancer medicine, which forms a major part of his clinical practice. He is highly skilled in conducting thorough skin cancer consultations and performing minor surgical procedures. In addition to his expertise in cutaneous oncology, Dr Anderson is deeply committed to adolescent health and mental health, providing compassionate and reassuring guidance to individuals navigating these complex areas of well-being.

Dr Anderson graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery with Honours (MBBS (Hons)) from Monash University in 2001. He completed his postgraduate General Practice training in regional Victoria, obtaining his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2006. Committed to advanced rural medicine and specialised care, he went on to achieve a Fellowship in Advanced Rural General Practice (FARGP) and a Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM). Furthermore, his dedication to skin cancer medicine led to him being awarded a Fellowship of the Australian College of Cutaneous Oncology (FACCO) in 2013.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr Anderson is actively involved in medical education and professional advocacy. He has contributed significantly to the training of the next generation of medical professionals, serving as a Medical Educator, a University Lecturer, and an Educational Supervisor for General Practice Registrars. He is also a strong advocate for evidence-based care, particularly regarding the management of skin cancer in regional communities, and has co-authored several peer-reviewed publications in this field.
