Dr Steven Bismire

Dr Steven Bismire is a highly experienced General Practitioner who combines clinical practice with a dedicated career in medical education. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of Medical Student Education (Wangaratta) and the Sub-Dean of the Wangaratta Clinical School for the University of Melbourne.

In addition to his academic roles, Dr Bismire is the Director of Clinical Training for the Murray to the Mountains (M2M) Intern Programme, where he plays a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring junior doctors.

Dr Bismire completed his medical education at the University of Melbourne, graduating with his medical degree in 1981. His professional focus remains dedicated to General Practice and the advancement of regional medical education.
