Dr. Sharon Hong

Dr. Sharon Hong is a highly dedicated Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon who provides comprehensive care for patients experiencing a wide range of circulatory conditions. With a patient-centred approach, she focuses on delivering progressive and innovative management for both arterial and venous diseases. Dr. Hong is committed to ensuring that her patients receive tailored, evidence-based treatments that promote long-term vascular health and improve overall quality of life.

Her clinical expertise spans a diverse array of vascular conditions, with a particular interest in peripheral vascular disease, complex aortic pathology, and diabetic foot disease. Dr. Hong is highly skilled in managing varicose veins and other venous disorders, as well as treating conditions such as carotid artery disease, mesenteric artery disease, and thoracic outlet syndrome. By utilising advanced endovascular techniques alongside traditional open surgery, she ensures that each patient receives the most appropriate and minimally invasive care possible.

Dr. Hong completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Adelaide in 2009. She subsequently undertook extensive specialist training across Melbourne, Sydney, and New Zealand, culminating in her admission as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2020. In addition to her fellowship, she is an active Member of the Australia and New Zealand Society of Vascular Surgery, keeping her at the forefront of the latest advancements in her field.
