Dr Mughal completed his medical education at the University of Sindh, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1987. To further his professional development and ensure the highest standards of clinical practice, he obtained a Member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (MCPS) qualification. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), reflecting his ongoing commitment to excellence in family medicine and primary care.
