Dr Sarah Ryan

Dr Sarah Ryan is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, holistic care to patients across all stages of life. She believes that one of the greatest privileges of General Practice is the opportunity to journey alongside patients through their various health experiences, offering reassuring and personalised support. Dr Ryan strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their medical concerns openly.

With a strong focus on preventative medicine, Dr Ryan is passionate about helping patients manage their long-term health and well-being. She has a particular interest in women's health and pregnancy care, including the provision of shared antenatal care. Additionally, she is highly skilled in family planning and contraception management, having completed advanced training in the insertion and removal of contraceptive devices such as Mirena intrauterine devices (IUDs) and Implanon implants.

Dr Ryan completed her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of Queensland, qualifying in 2014. Following her graduation, she gained valuable clinical experience working across several major tertiary, adult, maternity, and paediatric hospitals before transitioning into General Practice. She is a recognised Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
