Dr Sarah Jane Freeman

Dr Sarah Jane Freeman is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is deeply committed to providing comprehensive and preventative healthcare to all her patients. She strongly believes that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial for long-term well-being, and she views illness prevention and risk reduction as fundamental pillars of her clinical practice. With a patient-centred approach, she strives to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care that supports individuals and families in achieving their optimal health outcomes.

Dr Freeman has built a robust academic foundation to support her clinical expertise. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Doctor of Medicine (MD). To further deepen her knowledge in specialised areas of medicine, she completed a Diploma of Child Health and a Graduate Diploma of Genetic Counselling. Dr Freeman is also a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), reflecting her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of general practice care.

In her daily practice, Dr Freeman has developed a diverse range of clinical interests, with a particular focus on paediatric care, women's health, and sexual health. Her advanced training in genetics also allows her to offer valuable insights into genetic counselling and preventative medicine. Outside of her clinical duties, she enjoys cooking, travelling, and spending quality time with her family and her dog.
