Dr Salman Soban

Dr Salman Soban is a dedicated General Practitioner who is deeply committed to providing holistic, patient-centred care. With a strong passion for family medicine, he focuses on supporting the overall health and wellbeing of individuals, families, and the wider community. Dr Soban believes in building strong, trusting relationships with his patients, ensuring that their healthcare journeys are both supportive and reassuring.

Dr Soban obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Dow Medical College, qualifying in 2007. Driven by a desire to deliver comprehensive care across diverse settings, he was selected for the prestigious Remote Vocational Training Scheme (RVTS). Through this programme, he gained extensive clinical experience serving rural and remote communities. He subsequently achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), reflecting his high standards of clinical excellence.

Throughout his career, Dr Soban has developed a broad range of clinical skills in both metropolitan and regional environments. He has a particular interest in geriatric medicine and aged care, having worked closely with nursing home residents to manage complex, chronic health conditions with empathy and respect. His practice encompasses all aspects of general medicine, with a strong emphasis on chronic disease management and preventative health.
