Dr Raylea Parkes is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. Dr Parkes graduated from The University of Queensland in 1998, earning her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. She subsequently undertook her specialist General Practice training under the North Queensland Consortium, achieving her qualification as a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2003. Her extensive training and professional memberships reflect her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Throughout her career in General Practice, Dr Parkes has developed a strong clinical focus on women's health and paediatrics. She is highly experienced in managing a diverse range of female medical needs, including antenatal care, menopause management, and contraceptive advice, such as Mirena insertion. Additionally, she provides comprehensive sexual health services, STI screenings, cervical screenings, and breast checks, alongside dedicated care for infants and children.
