Dr Priyank Gupta

Dr Priyank Gupta is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality, accessible healthcare to the community. He believes that General Practice is a vital medical specialty and strives to deliver patient-centred care that is tailored to the unique needs of each individual. With a reassuring and professional approach, Dr Gupta focuses on effective communication, active listening, and collaborating with his patients to establish realistic, practical health goals.

Before transitioning into his role as a General Practitioner, Dr Gupta gained extensive clinical experience working across major tertiary hospitals in Melbourne. His diverse hospital training spanned multiple disciplines, including general and emergency medicine, psychiatry, surgery, and various surgical sub-specialties. He also spent time practising medicine in several rural communities across Victoria and Tasmania, which provided him with a deep understanding of the healthcare needs of patients from diverse cultural and regional backgrounds.

Dr Gupta completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in India before migrating to Australia in 2007. To further his clinical capabilities, he obtained a Diploma in Child Health, as well as Postgraduate Diplomas in both Health Promotion and Counselling. Dedicated to specialised areas of care, he has also completed a Certificate of Dermoscopy and an Advanced Certificate in Botulinum Toxin Type A and Dermal Fillers. Dr Gupta is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and is recognised as an Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor with the Skin Cancer College Australasia.
