Praveen is a locally trained General Surgeon who subsequently completed comprehensive two-year Colorectal Surgical Society of Australia and New Zealand (CSSANZ) Post-Fellowship Colorectal Surgery training program at several esteemed Colorectal and Pelvic Floor Units in Australia.
He was also the Inaugural Robotic Colorectal Fellow at Sydney Adventist Hospital, undergoing specialised training in robotic colorectal surgery under the guidance of leading experts in the field.
His practice encompasses a wide range of specialties, including minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery, hernia surgery, and diagnostic and intervention colonoscopy. Additionally, he maintains a strong interest in pelvic floor & perianal pathology and functional bowel disorders.
