Dr Prasani Ketheesan is a dedicated and highly skilled General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a compassionate approach to medicine, she is committed to supporting the health and well-being of individuals and families. Dr Ketheesan has a diverse clinical background, having initially worked as an Anaesthetist in a major regional hospital before transitioning to General Practice, where she has spent a significant portion of her career delivering high-quality primary care.

Throughout her career, Dr Ketheesan has developed a broad range of clinical interests. She is particularly passionate about Women's Health and Children's Health, offering expert guidance on family planning and paediatric care. Additionally, she specialises in travel medicine and dive medicals, catering to both recreational and occupational needs. Her clinical expertise also extends to performing minor skin procedures, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive care for a variety of dermatological and general health concerns.

Dr Ketheesan graduated with her medical degree in 1988. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, she became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2004. To further expand her clinical capabilities, she has also obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Travel and Dive Medicine, as well as a Certificate in Family Planning.
