Dr Ping Jiang

Dr Ping Jiang is a highly dedicated General Practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care to patients in East Killara, Australia. With a strong focus on preventative care and patient education, he is committed to delivering thorough and thoughtful consultations. His clinical approach is holistic, ensuring that each patient receives personalised attention tailored to their unique health needs.

Before transitioning to General Practice, Dr Jiang established a robust clinical foundation in surgery. He initially trained in Vascular Surgery, holding dual appointments as a staff Vascular Surgeon and a university Lecturer. He later relocated to New Zealand, where he gained further valuable experience working within a prominent hospital and medical school, before moving to Australia to complete his internship and residency at a major teaching hospital in Sydney. This diverse surgical and academic background uniquely equips him to perform minor surgical procedures and manage complex clinical scenarios with confidence.

Dr Jiang graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1985. He has since expanded his academic and clinical credentials, obtaining a Master of Surgery (Ch.M) and a Diploma in Medical Ultrasonography (DMU). Demonstrating his commitment to the highest standards of primary care, he is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
