Dr Philip Muller

Dr Philip Muller is a dedicated Specialist Psychiatrist who is committed to providing compassionate, person-centred mental health care. He focuses on delivering personalised treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual, helping them navigate complex mental health challenges. Dr Muller completed his medical education with a Bachelor of Human Biology and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery. Following his initial medical training, he completed his internship and spent time gaining valuable clinical experience in rural areas of Australia. He went on to undertake advanced psychiatric training, focusing on areas such as the early intervention of psychosis, old age psychiatry, and general practice-liaison psychiatry. Dr Muller is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and is an accredited member of the Faculty of Adult Psychiatry.

In his clinical practice, Dr Muller specialises in diagnosing and managing a diverse range of mental health conditions in adults. His areas of expertise include adult attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, major depressive disorder, and generalised anxiety disorder. He also provides comprehensive care for individuals experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, and schizophrenia. To support his patients, Dr Muller offers advanced medication management alongside bespoke psychotherapy and talking therapies, ensuring a holistic and tailored approach to mental well-being.
