Dr Croker completed her medical education at The University of Sydney, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1985. To further her professional development and ensure the highest standards of general practice, she obtained a Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Her diverse medical background includes valuable international experience, having practised as a General Practitioner in New Zealand for a period before returning to Australia to continue her clinical work.

Throughout her career, Dr Croker has developed a broad range of clinical interests within family medicine. She is particularly passionate about women's health, offering specialised services such as contraceptive implant procedures and routine cervical screenings.
