Dr Dandy completed his medical education at Monash University, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1993. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, he went on to achieve fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 1999. His academic background and professional memberships reflect his dedication to continuous learning and the delivery of evidence-based medical care.

Throughout his career, Dr Dandy has developed key clinical interests in chronic disease management and mental health, alongside general family medicine. He has a long-standing commitment to serving the Gippsland community, where he enjoys the diverse challenges of working as a General Practitioner. Outside of his medical work, Dr Dandy is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys spending his free time sailing, mountain biking, and motorcycling in the local region.
